During Super Bowl week in San Francisco, Disrupted Foundations participated in the Second Annual Sports Investment Summit, hosted by the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Financial Services Network at JPMorgan Private Bank. Co-Founders Michael Millman and Susan Hinchman served as Panel Moderators for two featured sessions exploring franchise valuations, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, ownership structures, and the evolving business of sports. The summit brought together leaders from sports, finance, law, media, and technology to examine how capital, innovation, and leadership are reshaping the future of the industry. Orange County Girl Scouts Bronze, Silver & Gold Awards Ceremony
Disrupted Foundations Co-Founder Susan Hinchman had the honor of serving as the keynote speaker at the Orange County Girl Scouts Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards Ceremony in Yorba Linda, California. The event celebrated 33 inspiring young women whose service projects addressed critical community issues, including environmental stewardship, mental health awareness, animal welfare, addiction awareness, kindness initiatives, and support for vulnerable populations. Bringing together Girl Scout leaders, community partners, and local officials, the ceremony highlighted the power of courageous leadership and innovative thinking to create meaningful, lasting change.

Miami Art Week Private Business Leader Gathering
Disrupted Foundations participated in a private business-leader gathering during Miami Art Week in partnership with Parallel Advisors, hosted aboard a private yacht charter for 50+ South Florida executives. Michael Millman, Parallel Advisors Wealth Advisor and Co-Founder of Disrupted Foundations, led a conversation on redefining wealth in a rapidly changing environment.
He introduced the five pillars of modern wealth: Asset Wealth, Physical Wealth, Mental Wealth, Social Wealth (your network, relationships, and community), and Time Wealth prompting reflection among many executives on whether the way they spend their days aligns with how they intend to live their lives.
