Disrupted Foundations participated in a private business-leader gathering during Miami Art Week in partnership with Parallel Advisors, hosted aboard a private yacht charter for 50+ South Florida executives. Michael Millman, Parallel Advisors Wealth Advisor and Co-Founder of Disrupted Foundations, led a conversation on redefining wealth in a rapidly changing environment. He introduced the five pillars of modern wealth: Asset Wealth, Physical Wealth, Mental Wealth, Social Wealth (your network, relationships, and community), and Time Wealth prompting reflection among many executives on whether the way they spend their days aligns with how they intend to live their lives.
Among the attendees was Jonathan Wilson, CEO of Dubb Value Creation, a boutique licensed investment bank and management consulting firm in Los Angeles specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Jonathan shared how the dialogue around Time Wealth challenged him to think more deeply about his own priorities.

Event speaker Chris Cummock, Parallel Advisors Wealth Advisor, also noted the audience's engagement particularly during his insights on the current state of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). His comments ignited conversations among founders and executives seeking clarity on how to position themselves for future funding, mergers, or exits.

It sparked some of the most dynamic dialogue of the evening."
Throughout the week, Disrupted Foundations also explored Miami Art Basel Week's exhibitions and installations across Miami, where art, culture, and fashion converged into a vibrant creative landscape. We met artists such as Elana Salova, whose multilayered veil technique reveals depth and emotional complexity; Courtney Pasterchick, whose gold-leaf and oil portraits transform fractures into empowered expressions of healing; and Daniel Alexander, whose contemporary glass sculptures were distinguished by their clarity, form, and luminous presence. Miami felt like a living gallery-dynamic, expressive, and continually unfolding with inspiration.
